Mission
To reduce recidivism, enhance self-sufficiency,
and enhance family life for ex-offenders returning
to their families and their communities by mentoring,
reunifying and strengthening
families, and facilitating education, employment
and career development through communities and
people of faith.
We provide the following services
in support of our mission:
• Faith Based Mentoring
• Strengthening Families classes
• Workshops and Consulting services to the Community
at large
• Spiritual Services
• Referrals for Housing and Employment
• Support Groups
• Counseling Services
Associates
Often we are asked about providing speakers
to other programs, agencies and religious institutions.
Our trained associates are always ready to accommodate
any group requesting a speaker.

Leaks, President – Brings twenty-six
years experience in Human Service and Office
management. Her background includes past Board
President of Early Childhood Centers of Greater
Springfield and Department of Social Service
Advisory Board
Debra Nicholson, Vice President -
Works for the Western Massachusetts Correctional
Alcohol Center. Her background includes work
in the areas of Teacher, Counselor and Casemanager.
Her educational background includes a B.A. in
Psychology from St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh,
NC
Candace
Jones, Clerk - Ms. Jones’ experience
includes Master’s level internship; therapist
and Group facilitator at The Care Center, Casemanager
at Brightside Family Trust Project.
Edith
Kaye – Treasurer – Her background is
in Accounting. She brings organizational experiences
from her work with the Council of Churches of
Springfield.
Joyce
Davis – is an Administrative Assistant
to Springfield Family support, which supports
six targeted neighborhoods, for families and
children.
Kenneth
Scully - is a mentor and a member of
the Town of Granby’s School Building Committee.
David
Lewis – works with the mentoring program
at the Sheriff Department and training at Mount
Calvary for the Broken Chain Ministry.
Wonderlyn
Murphy - works for the Hampden County
Sheriff Department. Experience in the correctional
field and services for after incarceration.
Bobby
Hartsfield - Retired from the Western
Mass Correctional Alcohol Center. He has extensive
experience working in the correctional system.
John
Auchter - Retired Lawyer and extensive
experience as a Community Activist.
